After years of working in restaurants, I finally got around to painting. It’s funny to me now because after all those long hours working around food, I am still passionate about looking at food. My career working as a hospitality professional affords me the pleasure to see many ingredients as a subject for my work.

 

My media is versatile. I prefer oil and also use, pastels, watercolor, acrylic, charcoal and an app in my practice.  My plan is to continue creating a body of work with food at the center. 

 

I think of art is an exploration, and find it entertains us.
